Julian exists purely to govern and manage the realm of magic. He is the magic biological parent of Luke Osmon (who eventually became Rylie Osmon), Alexander Mckaven, and Lily Rose, his three children with magic, whom he sent to Earth.
After Rylie Osmon's death, Kyra Jeffery held the most remaining power of the original magic that had lived within the 3 magic siblings, finding herself teleported to the magic realm. There, she made the realization that no one was truly dead if they had magic. She then met Julian and convinced him to give some people another chance at life, therefore creating the new Reality 1.
