Julian exists purely to govern and manage the realm of magic. He is the magic biological parent of Luke Osmon (who then became Defeated Cat & Black Cat, who then became Rylie Osmon), Alexander Mckaven, and Lily Rose, his three children with magic, whom he sent to Earth.
After Rylie Osmon's death following the power drain, Kyra Jeffery held the most remaining power of the original magic that had lived within the 3 magic siblings, finding herself teleported to the magic realm. There, she made the realization that no one was truly dead if they had magic. She then met Julian and convinced him to give some people another chance at life, therefore creating the new Reality 1.
Julian recreated the world with the personalities from the people of Reality 0, but as new people, without the true memories of their past lives. The only one of which being able to remember the truth is known to be Kyra Jeffery of Reality 0, now Hollie Peyton of Reality 1.
Julian created Reality 1 but as a result, was created incompletely, thus resulting in timelines starting to break within the reality, and consequently, unknowingly created Reality 2 without his knowledge, despite the fact that after being confronted by Rylie, Hollie, and Zachery, was going to create a Reality 2 either way. After being convinced to instead mend Reality 1 and to accept that creations may never be perfect, Julian bestows magic to the trio to then complete the healing and mending of Reality 1, fixing all timelines and correcting the course of history.
