Parent organization of Team Dark Side, until dissolution of both it and Team Dark Side, upon merging with Team Bright Side and its parent company Sunshine Enterprises, LLC, following Rylie Osmon's formation.

This merger between DarkMoon Enterprises, LLC (Team Dark Side) and Sunshine Enterprises, LLC (Team Bright Side) formed the briefly existent 2Kat Enterprises, LLC.

Board Secretary: Dylan Darwinson (duties fulfilled by Lawrence Forrest after being exiled by Black Cat in 2020)
