Written Lore:

Dylan was Defeated Cat's ex-fiancé. D.C. and Dylan broke up in 2020.

Dylan was abusive and manipulative. Dylan had also been a member of Team Dark Side, under Black Cat, until meeting D.C., but once this love interest was discovered by Black Cat, he exiled Dylan, himself.

During the relationship between Defeated Cat and Dylan, D.C. exiled Dylan from Team Bright Side briefly, while he was afraid, and starting to realize how bad Dylan really was.

When Rylie was created (2021), she tried to show grace and sympathy, but ended up being fed up by the controlling nature and exiled Dylan from Team Bright Side, permanently.

Once Team Both Sides was formed, in 2021, Rylie allowed Dylan to join, and he was off on the sidelines for a while, not really included in much, until Zach took over Team Both Sides and exiled Dylan, himself, to protect the rest of the team.
