Purpose
Rylie Shannon was created purely because Kyra Jeffery wanted to bring Rylie Osmon back to life. When Kyra discovered the magic dimension, and found out that no one who had magic was ever actually dead, just only was organically dead, she knew she had to try. Kyra made a new alter ego for herself, named Hollie Peyton.
Conception
Hollie, with the help of her new friend in the Magic Realm, Julian Crocknaur, used their combined, to create a new reality, but all entirely out of magic.
This would allow Rylie to exist again, and not have to remember the past. They could start over! This didn't go very well, though. As now Rylie was basically a whole new person, and their life that they could remember was all a faked lie.
