Written Lore:

John Nowland was the boyfriend of Delaney Forrest briefly, after she found out her husband, Lawrence Forrest, was apart of Team Dark Side and lost all trust in him, causing her to have an affair with another man.

While Lawrence had known about John, he hadn't wanted to stir up trouble after Clarence, his and Delaney's son, murdered her for the cheating and trying to hide it, till her dying breaths when she exposed the truth of Lawrence's affiliation to Team Dark Side.

He was murdered by Lawrence Forrest as a final act of rage in 2021, after Rylie Osmon was formed from D.C. and B.C. merging together again, and after Rylie took over Team Dark Side and Team Bright Side and dissolved them, restructuring into Team Both Sides. Lawrence disappeared right after and John's story was forced to a close.

Truth be told, he never forgot about Delaney, and had been waiting for this day to come, and had been looking over his shoulder wherever he went for the two years since her murder, awaiting his turn.
