Parent organization of Team Both Sides, created after merger of both Team Bright Side, and Team Dark Side, and their parent organizations, Sunshine Enterprises, LLC and DarkMoon Enterprises, LLC, then the restructure and rename, after Rylie Osmon's formation from the merge of Defeated Cat and Black Cat back into one being.
