1767 Holdings, Ltd. was a corporation formed by Zachary Wass and Devon Wass after the war against Clarence Forrest, regarding his team, The Destruction, in 2025, and the death of several of their teammates.
Zach realized with Team Both Sides in shambles, he had to do everything to protect it, forming a new company not owned or run by him, but being its own entity, while still being in charge of Team Both Sides, to make sure the home base and conditions would survive with some former key members gone.
1767 Holdings, Ltd. quickly acquired Every1-2gether, LLC, in 2025, and the former board was made irrelevant. Every1-2gether, LLC was soon absorbed into 1767 Holdings, Ltd. and the LLC was dissolved completely. Shortly thereafter, 1767 Holdings, Ltd was taken over by another corporate entity, and they dissolved it, and Team Both Sides, respectively.
