Kim is a friendly person, she has her anxieties and isn't seen much around people. She doesn't like a lot going on.
Kim has a sister, Mary Tan, whom she is close to. If she is seen with anybody, it is most likely her.
Kim was an ally of Team Bright Side because Mary and D.C. (and Rylie) were friends, and Kim was around it enough to want to help. This also meant that when Team Both Sides was formed, she joined as more of an official member.
