Written Lore:

Lily Rose was another creation of the forces of the stars and beyond that created Alexander Mckaven, as well as Luke Osmon, whom eventually became Rylie Osmon, after separating himself into two separate entities (Defeated Cat and Black Cat) and reforming as one after many years.

She was not very active or seen, having loved solitude, and keeping to herself. She always had a much more humanlike appearance, and was the last to show up on Earth of the 3 that did from the stars. After adjusting to life on Earth and finding herself and what she wanted, she kept to herself, helping out Xander and Luke (then D.C. now Rylie) every now and then, if they needed something.

She was technically a member of Team Bright Side and Team Both Sides, but she didn't do much. She mainly just tried to keep her stress low, and enjoy Earth, as it was a gift to even be there and exist at all.

She didn't show herself explicitly when Rylie Osmon leave Earth to find themself, but she knew it was happening, and then shortly thereafter, stepped away from Team Both Sides as a whole, to find solitude with the other starchild, Alexander Mckaven.

She hasn't been heard from, since. Though, it is believed that she is alive and well, just enjoying the peace now that she finally can.
