Former Parent organization of Team Both Sides, created after merger of both Team Bright Side, and Team Dark Side, and their parent organizations, Sunshine Enterprises, LLC and DarkMoon Enterprises, LLC, then the restructure and rename, forming the temporary company, 2Kat Enterprises, LLC, after Rylie Osmon's formation from the merge of Defeated Cat and Black Cat back into one being.
Dissolved after being absorbed by chairman, Zachary Wass's desperate attempt to save the company was taken over by someone else, dissolving Team Both Sides as well, in 2025. This attempt being the company 1767 Holdings, Ltd.
